Turn Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 days, monday thru friday, from the date the order is placed, plus shipping time. If an order will take longer, we will notify you.
Rush Orders
A rush may be placed on an order. Please inquire to see if a rush fee applies.
Returns
All personalized merchandise is a Final Sale. If you make a mistake on the order, we will have to charge you to re-make the item. If we make a mistake, we will correct it and get it right back to you. If you merchandise comes damaged, please notify us immediately.
Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS. We offer ground service, 3 day select and UPS next day air saver. See the map below for estimated ground shipping transit times. You may also have the option of picking up your order in Encino, CA if you are local.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to all orders placed within California. California state sales tax is currently 9.75%.
